Our Mission is to provide a haven for women and children within the Peel Region who have survived an abusive situation. We intend to empower them by providing transitional housing and implementing a wide range of services.

Our fundamental philosophy is a concern for people, and this strong belief in people is the determining factor motivating our operations in developing our relationship with our employees and customers. We believe that our responsibility for people's satisfaction is not focused solely on the assistance they receive from us. Instead, it is the relationship we can share when interacting with our organization.

We believe in honesty and truth in all transactions and provide the highest quality services. We do everything possible to provide outstanding service in everything we do. The proposal request highlights are illustrated in the following chart in figure 1—sales, margins, and net profit increase each year. The lowest margins occur in year one, reflecting the marketing costs of building the circulation base.
